I got a job promotion and lose 70 pounds of weight.

Since I started doing Forge back in early September 2019 I've been promoted at work — job title change, responsibility change (taking a lot more stuff) I got a good raise, I have a team that I'm managing.

One of the toughest things I have done.

I am truly thankful I happened across the Forge. It may have been one of the toughest things I have done but I feel like I have a direction and goals for the first time in my life.

I got my first job!

My mental health has never been this stable. I have eradicated most of my lethargy and “ADD”. My mindset is slowly dropping off all the limiting beliefs I gathered through the years. I have joined a gym, and started paying attention to my diet as a result. I have goals that keep me directed. I have future career goals, daily job goals, things I want to learn, things I want to experience. I have my own office, with everything that I want (because I can afford it).

I earned my first dollar.

My successes include creating a moderate passive income that requires no input at all, being more at peace with myself, lower anxiety, and a complete mental shift to be more understanding, accepting and self aware.

I have become an early riser for the first time in my life!

Huge impact! I am able to be focused and ready for the day before anything else goes on in my house. I get to shower, make my coffee and start working before my baby wakes up.

I have never been this consistent in waking up early, ever.

I am able to get more done in the morning. Stronger relationship with my gf, by spending time in the morning going for a long walk at the park. Mental clarity in the morning to get important tasks done. Been going to the gym almost every single day.

Now I have gained my self confidence that I'll be able to do anything I want.

If someone would have said I'll be able to wake up at 6AM continously for 2 months, I would not have believed it. You guys are the reason I was able to do this. My experience with you guys and this group is extremely satisfying to me.

This kind of program is pretty much something that should be ingrained on your mind.

I finished my last year of school while being in the Forge. My grades got better (not that they would matter that much, to me at least), I gained some weight ( went from skeleton to almost „fit”), I think I’ve worked on my social life a lot, managed to get over some serious personal life issues ( breaking up with gf, that kind of stuff) and, the most important for me is that I was able to keep this up for an increased amount of time and I’ve gotta say that doing it for longer really helps ya out.

I'm more disciplined, focused, consistent and overall better and happier person each day.

Now I'm up before 6 am EVERY day, not just weekdays or most days. I started running again. I do core and back exercises which help avoid back pain. Regular meditation is something I’ve never done. I’m now doing it and am really proud of myself for keeping it up. Now I have breakfasts with my daughter who sometimes start work really early.
